The Role:

​

Group CEO - Investment Banking​

​​​

Reporting directly to the Group CEO - Global Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for all regional Investment Banking operations and M&A transactions with 10+ years of senior management experience required - preferably in multiple regional markets.

​

We are seeking a highly experienced and successful leader - with first-class team building and presentation skills. They will have the opportunity to develop a new global investment banking franchise leveraging unrivalled private sector and government investment banking capabilities (patents pending) with no direct service line competition, on an unprecedented new global scale.

The base salary and bonus package is designed to return - minimum - global performance remuneration of US$ C-in-C in year one for a proven world-class candidate increasing with group growth with no cap, for the successful candidate - plus generous new ongoing stock options with both secondary market trading & drawing line rights available - on conversion.

It will be necessary to accept and to complete an initial non-disclosure agreement - prior to detailed initial discussions, and a pre-employment review in depth. In additional - a binding 2 year non-compete agreement will need to be completed by the successful candidate that is effective immediately for a 2 year term, on completion or cessation of group employment.
