The Role:

Global Team Leader - Real Estate

Responsible for all regionally branded and licensed local Real Estate Platform distribution operations and services in - The Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East markets.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Base Pay:

US $495,000 - $595,000 per annum

Plus Role listed US Home Base Region Benefits - Plus

Management team performance bonuses, a five year pre-paid home loan, and a two year convertible stock option plan, fixed at a five times base salary multiple pa over a 2 yr term.

The base salary and bonus package is designed to return minimum regional performance remuneration of US $8-10 Mn per annum for the successful candidate, plus stock options.

It will be necessary to accept and to complete an initial non-disclosure agreement - prior to detailed initial discussions, and a pre-employment review in depth. In additional - a binding 2 year non-compete agreement will need to be completed by the successful candidate that is effective immediately for a 2 year term, on completion or cessation of group employment.
